6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1861. Designed by John Kellum as a store-and-loft building, it was originally five stories. The newer top floor is faced in smooth stucco, but the original floors are composed of pale green-painted cast-iron with rounded windows. Some of the modillions placed over the windows are missing.
