It is a continuation of 35 Mercer, and is clad in the same beige stone with quoins, stone enframements and connected sills with corbelled feet. The ground floor is light grey-painted cast-iron with Corinthian columns, and the roof line has an extension of the modillioned cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Ronald Feldman Fine Arts.
