5-story residential building completed in 1861 as a store, with a stone facade above a cast-iron storefront on the 1st floor, which has fluted Corinthian columns and pilasters. The 3rd & 5th floor windows are round-arched, with keystones in the stone headers. A black metal fire escape cover the north two-thirds of the facade, which is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Veda boutique.
