5-story residential building completed in 1871. Designed by F.C. Graef as a store for the India Rubber Company. The building features a full white-painted cast-iron facade with French and Italian elements, including rounded Doric columns. All the bays have squared corners, except for the top floors which has rounded corners. The base of the 2nd floor is lined by a small balustrade. The roof line is crowned by a modillioned cornice with a rounded pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Visionaire publishing.
