5-story residential building completed in 1861. Designed by John B. Snook as a warehouse, it has large, grey-painted fluted columns at the base, with a square pilasters at either end. The facade is divided into six bays. The upper floors are clad in marble with full window enframements, with corbelled feet on the sills and metal cornices on top. The 2nd floor has balustrades at the base of each bay. The ground floor is occupied by VPL apparel.
