7-story red brick/green-painted cast-iron residential building completed in 1884. Designed by William Worthen as a commercial building, it has two towers of red brick with a 4-window-wide cast-iron center section. The brick towers have stone and brick string courses across each floor, and triangular iron pediments above the twin entrances. The southern tower rises one floor higher than the northern one. The ground floor is occupied by COSTUME NATIONAL apparel.
