5-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1871. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store, the ground floor is painted black, with fluted columns. The upper floors are white, six bays wide, with segmental-arched windows supported by Doric columns. The top floors has round-arched in place of segmental-arches. There are keystones at the apex of each arch, cornices between each floor, and a fire escape in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Paul Smith apparel.
