Three joined 6-story section of a cast-iron residential building completed in 1886. Designed by Alfred Zucker as a warehouse, the whole facade is painted white, and the north and south sections have rounded pediments at the roofline. Each of the three sections is five bays wide. The outer bays in each section are framed by paneled pilasters, with slender Corinthian columns dividing the inner bays (pilasters at the ground floor). A modillioned cornice caps the ground floor, and the cornices between each floor are dentiled. The roof line has three bracketed and dentiled cornices.

The ground floor retail is occupied by Hugo Boss, Brunello Cucinelli, and B&B Italia.
