6-story cast-iron Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1889. Designed by Richard Berger as a store, it is painted cream-colored, with remarkably slender Ionic columns between the sturdy outer pilasters. The ground floor has three bays, with four windows on each upper floor. Each floor is separated by a cornice, and an iron fire escape painted to match runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Alessi Italian kitchenware.
