5-story residential building completed in 1888. Designed by DeLemos & Cordes as a store, it has a 3-bay red cast-iron ground floor, with green iron infill. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with rough stone bands on the piers at the 2nd and top floors. Between the 2nd & 3rd floors is one wide paneled spandrel; between the 3rd & 4th there are rosettes in the spandrels, and three small circles in each spandrel above the 4th floor. The spandrels are all topped with dentils, and at the piers there are square terra-cotta panels; those between the 3rd & 4th floors have carved lion's heads, which are also seen above the four piers on the top floor. A red metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade.
