5-story mercantile building completed in 1868. Designed by William E. Waring as a store and tenement, it is clad in red brick, with a white cast-iron storefront facing Greene Street, which is three bays wide. The longer Prince Street side has five bays, with an extra 1-bay blank space between the westernmost bay and the rest. The windows have gold-colored projecting sills with corbelled feet and segmental-arched cornices. A black iron fire escape runs down the Prince Street facade, where it breaks the bracketed and modillioned roof cornice that wraps around both elevations. The ground floor is occupied by Fendi.
