6-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1884. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store-and-loft building, each floor has two very narrow Corinthian columns, and four wider square paneled pilasters framing the windows, for a total of five bays. The building is painted white and has a metal fire escape covering the northern half of the facade. The cornices between each floor are dentiled. At the roof is a bracketed cornice with dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Stella McCartney.
