5-story residential building completed in 1880. Designed by Charles Mettam as a store, it is three bays wide. Mettam also designed the neighboring building at 98 Greene Street with an identical facade, but for a different owner. Both are painted white, and a shared fire escape spans both facades. The columns have Corinthian capitals and there is a modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by MCM handbags.
