Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store in the Tuscan style, its cast-iron facade is painted white with Tuscan columns in the center and squared pilasters at the sides. The bases of the ground-floor columns and each floor's pilasters are fluted. There is a white metal fire escape and a bracketed and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Rebecca Minkoff boutique.
