5-story residential building completed in 1878. Designed by John B. Snook as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in dark red brick, although there are also some grey-painted cast iron pilasters at the ground floor, and a 3-bay cast-iron storefront with fluted piers and Corinthian columns facing Spring Street. There is a black iron fire escape on the 7-bay Greene Street facade, which includes two ends bays of two windows each. Both end bays also have grey cast-iron piers and Corinthian columns. The ground floor center piers are slightly projecting, and there are basement windows at ground level with black iron grilles. Both facades are topped by a bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by American Apparel.
