5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1883. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store, it has a black cast-iron ground floor with a projecting modillioned cornice, and buff-colored brick above, divided by red cast-iron pilasters into a center and narrower end bays. The top floor has four round-arched windows, with a corbelled brick cornice topped by a red metal cornice. There is a fire escape on the northern wall, where there is a narrow alley. The ground floor is occupied by Anna Sui boutique.
