6-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1881. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store, it is 13 bays wide (there are three sections of four bays, plus an extra bay inserted between the southern two sectoins). The sections are divided by paneled pilasters, with the bays separated by Ionic columns, and the facade is painted mostly cream-colored, with part of the ground floor painted grey. The ground floor is topped by a modillioned cornice; there are also modillions on the cornice above the 5th floor. The building is topped by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The southern elevation is clad in plain brown brick with five bays of widely spaced windows. The ground floor is occupied by Chloe boutique, Reed Krakoff clothing & accessories, Tiffany & Co., and Space.NK apothecary.
