5-story Italianate cooperative-apartment building completed in 1873, renovated in 2005. Designed by Griffith Thomas as a store and storehouse, it is painted bright white with a cast-iron facade of six bays. The ground floor has rounded Doric columns, with square pilasters on the upper floors. A light-grey painted fire escape, wider at the top and narrower near the bottom, runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Saint Laurent Paris.
