6-story residential building completed in 1901. Designed by George H. Van Auken as a loft building, it has a stone and cast-iron ground floor, and an ornate 2nd floor consisting of carved limestone with a large cartouche above the center windows, cast-iron infill and a dentiled stone cornice with carved lion heads. The 3rd-5th floors also have white cast-iron infill, with outer piers of red brick and stone banding. Above a bracketed and dentiled cornice, the 6th floor is clad in stone, and topped by a large bracketed and dentiled roof cornice, which is broken on the south end by the black iron fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Seize sur Vingt apparel.
