5-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1877. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store, it has rusticated stone piers at the edges of the facade, and the typical round columns and round-corner windows of its style. The two inner columns on the ground floor have fluted bases. A black metal fire escape covers the right two-thirds of the facade, and the building is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by the Mimi Ferzt Gallery.
