5-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1873, renovated in 2005. Although 65 & 67 are joined and have an identical 6-bay white-painted facade, two different architects are listed: John B. Snook for No. 65, and Henry Fernbach for No. 67. The only differing features are the two cornices, with modillions on the north side and none on the south. A white metal fire escape covers most of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by New Beats Studio and Alibi NYC.
