6-story residential building completed in 1867. Designed by Louis Berger as a store & storehouse, it is clad in beige stone. There are small cornices across each floor, and the windows are segmental-arched, with stone headers. The property sat vacant through the '80s and '90s, but was sold in 2011, with a complete renovation into residential use as condominiums beginning in 2012. The ground floor is occupied by Arcadia Gallery.
