5-story residential building completed in 1869. Designed by John B. Snook as a store and warehouse, it consists of two identical halves of four bays each, only painted different colors. The southern portion is cream-colored, while the northern is white. The facade is capped by a roof cornice with dentils and paired brackets. Both halves have metal fire escapes, painted black on the south side, and white on the north. The ground floor is occupied by Acne Studio (a Swedish clothing collective), Cloak military/punk fashion, and trans.Luxe lighting.
