6-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1884. Designed by John B. Snook as a store, it has a grey-green cast-iron ground floor and window enframements on the upper floors. Two red brick piers frame the upper floors, which have a metal fire escape running down the center. The building is topped by a bracketed metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Mankind clothing.
