5-story Neo-Grec cast-iron residential building completed in 1876. Designed by George DaCunha as a store and warehouse, the first floor is painted rust red, while the upper floors are painted green, divided into three bays. The facade features very narrow columns, and is topped by a bracketed roof cornice with wreath ornament. An iron fire escape, painted green, runs down the left two bays. In 1877, the building was considered noteworthy enough to have its plans reproduced in "The American Architect & Building News".

The ground floor is occupied by Boffi USA furniture.
