4-story residential building completed in 1871 as a store-and-loft building. Designed by William Jose, its ground floor cast-iron has been replaced by rather shoddy-looking grey brick and concrete, but the cast-iron pilasters and columns between the windows of the upper floors remain. At the roof line is a brick parapet with decorative brickwork. A black iron fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade.
