5-story French-renaissance cast-iron mercantile building completed in 1873. Designed by Isaac F. Duckworth as a store and warehouse, it is painted pale yellow. There are banded piers at the edges of the facade, with Corinthian columns in the middle. The window frames are painted reddish-brown. An ornate iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice with a triangular pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Studio Anise.
