5-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1872. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store and warehouse with Tuscan pillars, fluted at the ground floor. The building is crowned by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. A metal fire escape is offset slightly to the right side of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by StudioAnise/Rolf Benz.
