6-story cast-iron cooperative-apartment building completed in 1895. Designed by Samuel A. Warner as a warehouse, it is painted white, with cornices above the 1st, 2nd & 4th floors. The top floor has round-arched windows, and the building is capped by a simple dentiled roof cornice. The exposed south wall is clad in brown brick, with several seemingly random-placed windows. The ground floor is occupied by Foscarini lighting design.
