4-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1835. It is clad in red brick, with brownstone sills and lintels. The building is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice with paneled fascia board. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, with a small portion of each landing attaching to the neighboring building. At the ground level, a modern, metallic storefront has been installed.
