6-story residential building completed in 1868. Designed by Benjamin W. Warner as a store-and-loft building, it has a white cast-iron ground floor with Tuscan columns separating six bays with paneled doors and transoms. The upper floors are clad in stone. Except for the top floor, which has plain square-headed windows, the rest of the windows are segmental-arched, with stone enframements. A metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a green metal bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Le Pain Quotidien bakery.
