5-story residential building completed in 1868. Designed by Benjamin W. Warner as a store-and-loft building, it has smooth, cream-colored cast-iron columns on the ground floor, with Tuscan capitals, and paneled door and windows with transoms. Six bays wide, the upper floors have a light-colored stone facade with full segmental-arched window enframements. A green metal fire escape runs down the right side of the facade, which is crowned by a green metal bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by The Hundreds men's clothing store.
