5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1867 as a store and workshop for Amos R. Eno. The street-level is light-grey-painted cast-iron with Corinthian columns, with four floors of beige stone above. The windows sills are connected and have corbelled feet, and there are stone quoins at the corners of both facades. The roof line has a modillioned cornice.

The building was renovated in 2005. Its ground floor is occupied by Alexander Wang apparel.
