5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1877. Designed by William Hume as a store, it has black cast-iron entrances at both ends. Both facades are clad in red brick, with connected stone lintels over the windows The building is crowned by a black bracketed roof cornice, and has a metal fire escape running down the Greene Street side. The ground floor is occupied by Ingo Maurer designer light fixtures.
