5-story residential building completed in 1882. Designed by Robert Mook as a store, it is composed of brown cast-iron. Paneled outer piers and rounded inner columns divide the facade into three bays of recessed windows. There is a metal fire escape over the facade, which is topped by a bracketed metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Loopy Mango boutique.
