5-story residential building completed in 1885. Designed by Schwazmann & Buchanan as a store, it has a green-painted cast-iron base, capped by a cornice. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with white stone bands across the tops of the windows, and varied brickwork panels in the spandrels between floors. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a green metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Ernst Neizvestny Studio.
