5-story residential building completed in 1890. Designed by Oswald Wirz as a store, it has a white cast-iron ground floor, with the upper floors clad in salmon-colored brick with white stone bands, and orange terra-cotta ornament. At the 5th floor, the two center windows are grouped under a terra-cotta round-arch. The top floor has five windows with round-arches, decorated by terra-cotta seashell patterns. A white metal, bracketed roof cornice with carved swag in the fascia board crowns the building. The ground floor is occupied by Henrybuilt furniture.
