6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1907 as a store-and-loft building. The outer bays of the facade are clad in stone, with cream-colored cast-iron making up the inner portion. The ground floor has cast-iron columns and pilasters. A stone cornice sets off the top floor, which is clad all the way across in stone and has round-arched windows in the center, above the cast-iron section. A white-painted metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Hastens luxury beds.
