5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1887. Designed by George DaCunha as a store, the main facade on Grand Street is composed of white cast-iron, six bays across. The piers have decorative capitals and vertical grooves on their upper portions. The ground-floor infill consists of white-painted brick on the lower half and multi-pane industrial windows on the upper half, with a recessed entrance in the far western bay. The cast-iron facade has a 2-bay return on the longer Wooster Street side; the rest of this elevation is clad in red brick, with six more bays of windows that have continuous flat brownstone sills and lintels. A white metal fire escape runs down the center of this facade. The building is capped by a subtle dentiled roof cornice on both facades.
