4-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1826 as a 3.5-story dwelling. It was raised to four full floors in 1982, with a beige brick facade organized into three bays, and green-painted windows sills and cornices. The building is capped by a green-painted metal roof cornice with brackets. A black iron fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Lucky Strike restaurant-bar.
