3-story residential building completed in 1882. Designed by William Jose as a store, it has a white-painted cast-iron ground floor, with red brick above. The central doorway has a small stoop in front with red brick steps. The upper floors have three bays, and the windows have white, flat stone lintels and sills with corbelled feet. A small white-painted iron fire escape is on the right side. The building is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Papatzul Mexican restaurant.
