5-story residential building completed in 1871. Designed by William Waring as a store and tenement. The building is faced in tan-painted stone with a white cast-iron ground-floor storefront that has rusticated piers at the ends and in the center, with Corinthian columns in between. It is divided into six bays with paneled doors and transoms; there is carved ornament in the cast-iron entablature above the transoms. The upper floors are divided into five bays, with joined corbelled sills and cornices, eared on the 2nd floor. The eastern bay has had its sills and cornices removed. The facade is crowned by a dentiled white metal roof cornice. The ground floor was occupied by Ramco Components in the 1980s, followed by Great Wall City, and currently Amsterdam Boutique.
