6-story residential building completed in 1891. Designed by Leicht & Harrell as a store and workshop, it has a brown brick pier on either side, with brown brick spandrels between floors. The windows, four to a floor, are surrounded by black cast-iron infill. A tall metal roof cornice above a corbel table crowns the building.
