5-story residential building completed in 1855. Designed by W.T. Beers as a store-and-loft building with four floors, clad in white marble on the front (Canal Street) facade, which has six bays,, and red brick on the Wooster Street side, which runs nine bays. The fifth floor was added in 1866. The windows are all segmental-arched with eyebrow lintels on Canal Street, and square-headed with flat stone lintels on Wooster Street. There is a metal fire escape on both facades. A roof cornice with paired brackets wraps around both facades. The ground floor is occupied by Plastic Land and Queen Accessory, Inc.
