5-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1872. Designed by W.H. Gaylor as a commercial building, it is painted cream-colored, and has a thin rusticated pier on the end of both facades. The Canal Street facade has nine bays, and the Wooster Street side has 11, divided by simple columns with corbelled bases. The northernmost bay on Wooster Street has been filled in, and there is a metal fire escape directly south of it. The building is crowned on both sides by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Canal Bargains, and Turon Travel store.
