3.5-story, Federal-style mercantile building completed shortly before 1820 as a dwelling. It is clad in blue-painted brick above a green-painted cast-iron storefront. There are three bays of windows with white-painted stone sills and lintels. There is a single peaked dormer above the roof line, and a black metal fire escape running down the right two-thirds of the facade. It was converted to commercial use in 1870, and is currently occupied by Fay Da Bakery & Cafe. Before that, it houses David's Office Equipment.
