6-story residential building completed in 1892, renovated in 2005. Designed by Alfred Zucker as a store, it has a dark cast-iron frame with rusticated stone piers on the outer edges, which are decorated with terra-cotta from the 3rd floor up. There are four central bays separated by slender columns, and two end bays, both divided in half by pilasters. The end bays are separated from the center bays by very narrow triple columns at the upper floors. There are dentiled cornices across the tops of the 2nd & 5th floors, and the top-floor windows are round-arched (with smaller pairs of arches in the end bays). The two outer piers extend up above the roof parapet, ending in finials. The ground floor is occupied by Sunrise Mart, a Japanese supermarket/department store.
