4-story residential building completed in about 1825. It was altered in 1868 to a saloon and boarding house, and then to rental apartments in the mid-1900s. The facade is clad in red brick, with three bays of windows with flat stone sills and lintels, and capped by a bracketed metal roof cornice with carved swag in the fascia board. The ground floor is capped by a similar cornice with dentils and swag.
