7-story residential building completed in 1896, renovated in 2006. Designed by George Pelham, it is L-shaped, wrapping around the two corner building. It has two narrow facades, clad in orange brick, with rough-faced stone banding in the lower two floors, and rustications above that. A wide, black, cast-iron band, with ornament on the end where is crosses the piers, separates the lower two floors. There are corbelled brick panels in the spandrels between floors. The L-shaped building also fronts Broome Street. The roof lines both have dentiled cornices with ornamental fan shapes in the fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by The Cupping Room Cafe.
