5-story residential building completed in 1873, renovated in 1940, 1955 and 2005. Designed by Jarvis Morgan Slade as a store, it is painted white, white red window frames. Doric columns divide the facade into eight bays; an iron fire escape with basket-style landings covers the center two bays. Rising above the cornice is a broad modillioned pediment which contains neo-Grec foliation flanking the numerals 1872. The ground floor is occupied by a Gourmet Garage upscale food market.
